Day 2

If you were watching earlier posts you will remember that day 2 was the day that I shook my.... well lets just say I shook..... We went to the bazaar in the morning, then went to visit the projects in the village that we would be working on , then finished with a trip to the orphanage....

We decided that the team would only work for the first half of the day and then spend the second half of the day taking the Kids on small group outings.... What an impact this had for the kids. Both the Canadian and the Central Asia kids.... One on one time is something that is so limited.... Before the team arrived, they were given the names and photos of one child from each age group, and the kids they had were also given photos and information about them... When they met on Saturday, they had presents for each other, and many of the barriers were already down and they enjoyed each other right away.... I must say that Emma and Bekah did a great job matching the kids up....

We also spent a little time unpacking bags and getting ready for the wedding the next day... Laurisa stopped by to meet the team and receive the money to continue the water project out in the village.
