In 30 minutes I will be heading to the capital city to take some kids shopping and then purchase beds for the seniors home.... how do I smile and share in their excitement .... give them they day like no other when the joy of the day has been stolen... I guess I know the answer to that , it's just that it is easier said then done!
I'm trading my sorrow, I'm trading my shame, I'm laying it down for the joy of
the Lord. I'm trading my sickness , I'm trading my pain, I'm laying it down for the
joy of the Lord.
I'm pressed but not crushed persecuted not abandoned ,Struck
down but not destroyed, I'm blessed beyond the curse for his promise will endure
And his joy's gonna be my strength. Though the sorrow may last for the night His
joy comes with the morning And we say yes Lord yes Lord yes yes Lord ,Yes
Lord yes Lord yes yes Lord, Yes Lord yes Lord yes yes Lord Amen

john,
I know your heart in times like these, but what is more important is that God knows. Trusting that you can rest your heart in Him.
I remember what Eric Drain said to me once, as a firefighter he had to keep in mind that he was there to help people in whatever way he could, and leave what he could not help them with to God. I pray that your heart can be at peace, because anyone that knows you, will know that if it can be done by human hands, they would be yours.
Blessings brother

Broken.
Prayers and praise for a God who cares and orders our every step along the way; prayers for a hope and a future and not harm; prayers for strength to go through what we cannot circumvent; prayers for a miracle so big it cannot be missed, ignored or overlooked; prayers for His glory to shine so we can give Him extra praises on top of the ones He so rightly deserves ~ regardless; prayers for noses to not have to hurt anymore or ever again!
May grace and peace abound to you and all our Kyrgyz Family. We love you truly ♥
