Hope to the Hurting

This is half of the load, the next car is right behind... We bought 15 beds, 2 couches, 4 arm chairs. and 8 coffee tables ...We had them out to the Seniors home in time to have the team help unload .... The director was so excited.... I was reminded that there is only one thing more dangerous then an angry Russian woman and that is a very very happy one...! Jengish cringed as she put three of my ribs out ..fifteen minutes later, the windows were open and all the furniture was inside.... even as the furniture was being brought in, the babushka's were choosing their seats.... I can't help but feel a little overwhelmed when I see the contrast between where these seniors are now and the homeless shelters that Gengish is usually working in.........

This photo was taken by a friend of Jengish , George Hsi , when he was shadowing Jengish for a few days.

It may seem like just words, but when you sit with these seniors, and see the difference that sponsors are making in their lives, I am just so thankful. You have truly brought dignity to the hurting helpless and lost....

Thank you for allowing us to see by comparison how blessed WE are; how rich WE are and how WE can do something to make a difference.
