Above All

Exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think ! This comes to mind today as we take a look at the harvest ,  Last week We showed photos of what a food share looked like, it would fit nicely into a large grocery bag.  This week the food shares are over the top.  Here is what 1 share looks like this week ..

Families will not only get enough produce for them to eat now, but will be able to do their own canning for the winter.  I would love to have a little extra money so we could buy all the canning supplies , then give them the supplies as well as the produce ..
I never would have dreamed that we would have so much food coming off the farm.

It took a couple days of picking, and will take another day to deliver everything.. here they are loading up .

First stop was out to Larisa.  She will bring this batch to the mens home, and to families that she works with

The next load was delivered to families that we work with .

A friend of ours works to help families as well, so they brought him a load of food so he can hand it out to those in need as well

as the season moves on, it is possible that next weeks harvest will be even bigger .. Soon we are going to have to look into getting a trailer for Jengish so he won't have to make so many trips.

I think it is safe to say that Goosey has out grown his bucket ..

a couple new babies at the hospital.. unfortunately they are a little to small to eat zucchini , but fortunately we still have money in the baby food fund, and Sergey was able to bring them formula today
