When you start with nothing, the needs never seem to end...
I remember the first time we went to this orphanage, they had enough food for the day, there was no water, no electricity, not enough clothes or blankets... the only heat source was 1 small wood stove in the centre of the room... The old abandoned building was falling in around them....
Well it has been many years from that time... we have had many teams through, and lots of projects there... And yes many ups and downs. Today Sergei and Anya were back out to visit the kids again... They brought with them something that the government has been wanting to see for a while.. Fire extinguishers....
Lots of excitement as they were all unpacked
But I have to ask myself.... who will be the first little rascal to see how they work... at 1 in the morning...hahaha..
