With Thanksgiving.

OK so we have about 3 weeks left here this trip, and there is just so much that we need to do and get accomplished.  I have been putting it off , but I recognize that if we don't share the needs ,  then how would any  one know and have an opportunity to help.

so here are a few of the things in our minds and on our hearts...




- We need to fly Turat home from Ukraine in a couple weeks ....$450
- the walls in the dinning room at the mens home need to be
   repaired before we can continue with the floor ........................$1500
- we need chicken cages and chickens for the rehab centre ........$2500
-lady with 2 kids that need surgery and therapy on their legs .......$1000
- young man needs heart operation .............................................
-heat and UV lights in TB hospital ..............................................$800
-Kitchen supplies for TB hospital ................................................$250
-Training expenses for staff to get social work degree .................$500
-leg operation for a man in a car accident ....................................$350
- Larisa and Tanya need visa's so we can send them to Alaska
  for training , as well as glasses and  some clothes................$800 - $1000
-repair Altynai's apartment so she and her brothers and sisters
can move in together when school is finished ...............................$500
- sponsorship for about 30 kids to go to summer camp ...............$650
- Beksolten is looking for a loan to start a small business..............$800
- Children s day is in two weeks, and we would like to be able
to help with celebrations in the villages and the orphanages .........$1500
- monthly support for Emma ........................................................$250/month
Altynai's apprenticeship  Salary for the next year ........................$100/month
-sponsors for 50 kids and seniors in the LAMb sponsorship program
- paint for repairs at the Red river orphanage ................................. $450
- home renovations for the three orphan girls we are helping ............$250
-suport for the homeless in Tokmok .............................................$500
- Baby formula for the Baby hospital for the next few months ..........$250
- three more bed sets  for Maternity Hospital ..................................$600
-taking about 400  kids from 3 different orphanages on outings
before we go ..............................................................................$1500

-continued personal support for John and Julie so we can keep working
-Flights back in August for John and Julie
-Tuition for 23 kids
- finances to open a home for children aging out of the orphanages


I am sure that there is so much more that I have missed here , but I just needed to get all this out of my mind... you know ... make a petition ... then give thanks !


Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds.....
