On the First day of Christmas

Today we are focusing on The first day of Christmas.

 This is the first day for a reason.. It is such an important need.  Kids in the orphanage have no one! and those that have family are mostly very poor, and there will be no difference between this day and any other.  If this day is going to be special for them it will be because YOU made it that way.  A donation of only $10 will make this a special day for the forgotten. 

 

Under this category, its not just the little kids in the orphanages , but we also have two homes for the disabled that we would like to bring  Joy to.  I remember Emma saying " Dad they are just little kids in old men's bodies ".  Another area we help each year is also the children in the blind society.   Again the only funding and support that they will get is from us.  

I was just contacted by our friend Artrum.. In Previous years  Artrum received  funds to provide Christmas gifts to some of the orphanages that we are not connected with but he is .  Each year he has a large donor and we top up any additional needs . This year the rolls have changed.. his large donor has had to reduce the support so we would like to pick up the ballance so we will be trying to cover a 180 kids for him as well.
