We were back into the mountains today to deliver coal and put the seats on the swings .
It was kind of strange the things we take for granted ... The kids were so excited , but sat on the swing and waited for something to happen .. we had to teach them how to swing their legs to get things moving . So we thought we should show them how the slide works as well. This is when we decided we needed some sand to make the landings softer.
It was about 2 hours later some of the guys went back up with a truck load of sand. Already they were making Borsolk with the flour,
And the rooster was plucked and cleaned and on his way into the pot.
The guys got busy pruning the apple trees .
We are expecting rain today so we picked peppers and beats for doing some inside work today.
7.7 lbs .. that's a good size for a beat .
We got some plowing done as well , later this week we will be planting garlic and spinach for the winter.
Today we are hosting a women's conference at the Kashar so they went up last night to bring water to the holding tanks .
